We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Once it has left our studio, the courier will contact you with regards to delivery.  

We ship our products worldwide (or wherever we can reach!). For international shipping, prices and delivery times may vary and will be dependent on current shipping rates and conditions. If your country of delivery is not listed, please contact us here

International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. We are currently unable to cover the cost of this, and the responsibility to pay lies with the customer of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of their cost before placing your order.

For a full refund, returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your product and all items must be in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. We will not be able to process a refund for any used or damaged product.

All returns must be sent using a tracked delivery service to ensure ease and provide confirmation of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days of receipt.

The cost of returns will need to be covered by the customer. We are also unable to reimburse you the original shipping cost.
